TED Residency!

I wanted to express so many things, but to be honest I'm still trying to find the words and emotions to outline the joy I have in my heart right now.

Realistically speaking, I've never ever been in this headspace, but I guess it took my whole life to get here.

Today, I want to announce that I'm living in New York for the next 4 months, participating in the inaugural TED Residency!!!!!! Wait, I need to write that again: I'm participating in the inaugural TED Residency! TED is the global leader in terms advocating for change, supporting genius ideas that are worth spreading, and really embracing creativity from all disciplines. I'm sincerely grateful to be amongst the amazing group of pioneers that were selected. They are brilliant and the collective synergy that's going on already is mind blowing!

The past few years of my life has looked like a bunch of travel, tourism, and play. Although those things are very important to me, I've been desperately fighting for my ideas and thinking of ways to make a global impact. I want to use my voice in a capacity that pushes the envelope. During the residency, I'll be consuming new information, testing ideas, experimenting, creating concepts to bring forth tangible artistic experiences, collaborating, and receiving the support from TED to expand my ideas and present a TED Talk.

I wrote a post a few weeks ago that said "Eventually Is Real." This is a life-long dream for me. I'm sincerely grateful for this opportunity!

Whatever you want, it's possible. Nothing is off-limits! Chase your dreams, and don't let anyone get in your way. Go!
