Talking Through The Pen.

For 4 years I've boxed myself in without noticing. I got lazy. I got complacent. I didn't explore the possibilities and power of being multi-dimensional when it came to my writing. For quite some time now, I've been struggling with the voices in my head. I've been listening to the voices of many others, but not my own. I drowned my voice in self-doubt. Not anymore. This is scary. This post is full of fear. That's why I had to write it over and over. A lot of practice behind the scenes is happening. It's exciting! The image above is the beginning of my quest to enter the world of lettering and then calligraphy. It's the first attempt to crack new pavement and grow artistically. I will continue to experiment, but I will not hide it. I'll share here on this platform along the way. New risks are ahead. A lot will change. Not sure where I'll end up, but I'm happy to start exploring.
